Supply of Interior Wall Panels and Answer Sheets for University of Kamalia

University of Kamalia invites e-procurement bids under PPRA Rules on a lot basis for the supply of interior wall panels and answer sheets. The procurement is open to firms, companies, or sole proprietors engaged in trading and registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments (Income Tax & Sales Tax). Items being procured: - Lot #01: Supply of wall panels & accessories (PVC wall panels & accessories) with an estimated cost of Rs. 2,200,000 - Lot #02: Supply of answer sheets as per specifications and sample with an estimated cost of Rs. 2,000,000 The bidding shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (EPADS) using the Single Stage Two Envelope method as per Punjab Procurement Rules PPRA 2014. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. The bid security amounts are Rs. 44,000 for Lot #01 and Rs. 40,000 for Lot #02. Bidders must upload a duly signed affidavit on prescribed stamp paper along with the bid documents. The procuring agency may require physical verification of the original affidavit at any stage. Bid validity is 90 days. Bids will be opened on 29-09-2026 at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The closing date and time for submission is 29-09-2026 till 10:30 AM. Interested bidders should access the bidding documents free of cost under Rule 25 (1) at the PPRA website http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk and EPADS portal http://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk.
