Tender Description

The Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Kohistan Upper at Dassu is procuring a comprehensive range of IT equipment, hardware, plant & machinery, and furniture & fixture for the financial year 2025-26. This procurement includes supply, delivery, installation, configuration, testing, training, and after-sale support of items such as servers, NAS drives, UPS systems, fiber optic cables, network switches, PCIe Wi-Fi adapters, printers, scanners, laptops, CCTV cameras, LED screens, microphones, sound mixers, and various office furniture including tables, chairs, safes, and sofas. The technical scope covers installation and commissioning at the Senior Civil Judge's office premises in Dassu, including cabling for virtual courts, network connectivity, and full setup of hardware and software components. The bidder must ensure delivery and installation within two weeks of the supply order and provide a warranty period with onsite support and replacement of faulty parts free of cost.
