Supply of IT Equipment: Laptops, Printers, and Shredders by Special Investment Facilitation Council Division

The Special Investment Facilitation Council Division under the Government of Pakistan invites sealed tenders from reputed firms registered with the Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments for the supply and provision of IT equipment in Islamabad. The items being procured include: - Laptop (Qty: 10) - Printer (Black & White) (Qty: 10) - Shredder (Qty: 5) Successful bidders will be responsible for installation, fixing as per requirements, and providing necessary logistics for transportation of goods. Bidders must submit e-bidding documents via the EPADS portal at https://eprocure.gov.pk by 2nd November 2026, 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Manual bids will not be accepted. The tender requires valid registration with FBR and Sales Tax Departments, and bids must include 5% bid security in the form of a Call Deposit. Original bid security instruments must be submitted before closing hours in favor of the Manager (A&F), Invest Pakistan, Islamabad. The tender is valid until the close of the financial year 2026-27, i.e., 30th June 2027. Income tax and other government taxes will be deducted at source as per rules. GST and vendor number must be clearly written on tender documents. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rules 2004.
