Supply of IT Equipment and Machinery by Invest Pakistan

Invest Pakistan, under the Cabinet Secretariat's Special Investment Facilitation Council Division, Islamabad, invites sealed tenders from reputed firms registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments for the supply and provision of IT equipment and machinery. The procurement includes the following items: - Laptop (Qty: 10) - Printer (Black & White) (Qty: 10) - Shredder (Qty: 5) The successful bidder will be responsible for installation, fixing as per requirement, and providing necessary logistics for transportation of goods. E-bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available for registered bidders on the EPADS portal at https://eprocure.gov.pk. Bidders must submit electronic bids prepared according to the bidding instructions along with bid security or call deposit of 5% of the estimated cost by using EPADS on or before the submission deadline of 02.11.2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. Interested vendors should ensure their rates/tenders remain valid until the close of the financial year 2026-27, i.e., 30.6.2027. Income tax and other government taxes will be deducted at source as per rules. Tender documents can be downloaded from https://sifc.gov.pk and PPRA at https://www.ppra.org.pk. GST and vendor numbers must be clearly written on tender documents; tenders without these will not be entertained. Original bid security instruments must be submitted in favor of Manager (A&F), Invest Pakistan, Islamabad before bid submission closing hours. Cheques are not accepted. The lowest bidder has no right to withdraw or reduce bid security. Prices should be quoted in Pakistani Rupees and not linked to any foreign currency. Evaluation will follow PPRA Rules 2004. Tenders will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Late submissions on EPADS will not be entertained. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per PPRA rules. Blacklisted firms are not eligible to participate. Bidders are advised to carefully review the e-bidding documents on EPADS and ensure timely submission to avoid disqualification. Maintaining compliance with all tax and registration requirements is essential for bid acceptance.
