Procurement of Rack Mount Server SSGC/LP/EPADS2/PT/2194337

Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) Procurement Department Karachi invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of Rack Mount Server under tender number SSGC/LP/EPADS2/PT/2194337. Bidders must be authorized local distributors or dealers and provide original brochures, warranty documents, and proof of past performance with minimum 3 purchase orders or customer satisfaction letters within last two years. Delivery period is 12-14 weeks. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be active in FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL) and submit bid security of PKR 300,000 in form of Pay Order, Call Deposit, or Bank Guarantee. Bids must be submitted electronically on EPADS v2.0 portal before the deadline of Monday, November 9, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Original bid security must be submitted physically at SSGC Tender Room Karachi before bid closing time. Technical and financial bids will be evaluated on least cost basis.
