Supply of IT Equipment Items for Sports Board Punjab

Sports Board Punjab (SBP), an autonomous body established by the Government of Punjab for promotion and development of sports in the province, invites eligible Companies, Firms, and Sole Proprietors to submit applications for pre-qualification for the supply of IT equipment items for the financial year 2026-27 (extendable) under Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 through E-Tendering. Items being procured: - Supply of IT Equipment Items The procurement scope includes providing IT equipment items as per the requirements of Sports Board Punjab. Interested bidders must submit a complete set of Pre-Qualification Documents (PQD) in English, carrying all required details. These documents can be downloaded free of cost from the PPRA website (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk), PPRA official site (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk), and Sports Board Punjab website (https://sportsboard.punjab.gov.pk). Applications must be submitted electronically on the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) by 30th September 2026 at 11:45 AM. The PQD will be opened the same day at 12:15 PM at the specified address. All pages of the application must be signed and stamped by the applicant. Incomplete or vague submissions will not be entertained. Eligibility criteria include being a registered company/firm/sole proprietor with valid FBR/ATL registration and meeting any other requirements as per the PQD. Earnest Money or Bid Security details are provided in the PQD. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the instructions in the PQD and ensure timely submission through the e-procurement portal.
