Tender Description
Sports Board Punjab (SBP), an autonomous body established by the Government of Punjab for promotion and development of sports in the Punjab Province, invites eligible Companies, Firms, and Sole Proprietors to submit applications for pre-qualification for the supply of maintenance material, repair, and general order supplies for the financial year 2026-27, extendable as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 through E-Tendering.
Items being procured:
- Supply of Maintenance Material, Repair & General Order Supplies.
The scope includes providing all necessary maintenance materials and repair supplies required by Sports Board Punjab to support its operations and facilities. The procurement is intended to ensure continuous availability of quality materials for maintenance and repair work.
Interested bidders must submit their applications on the prescribed format along with all relevant information and requisite documents. The complete set of Pre-Qualification Documents (PQD) in English can be downloaded free of cost from the PPRA website https://ep.punjab.gov.pk and Sports Board Punjab website https://sportsboard.punjab.gov.pk. Applications must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk by 30.09.2026 (Wednesday) at 11:45 AM. The PQD will be opened on the same day at 12:15 PM at the address mentioned below.
Eligibility criteria include valid registration with FBR and other relevant authorities. All pages of the application must be signed and stamped by the applicant. Incomplete or vague applications will not be entertained.
