Supply and Maintenance of Vehicles for Special Education Department Gilgit Baltistan

The Special Education Department Gilgit Baltistan invites sealed tenders from registered, well reputed firms and manufacturers for the supply and maintenance of vehicles for the current financial year 2025-27. The procurement is for vehicles including Suzuki family cars, Suzuki Bolan, and other vehicles as per the department's requirements. Items being procured: - Suzuki family cars - Suzuki Bolan - Other vehicles (including motorbikes) The tender documents must be complete with shop/store/workshop containing adequate supplies in Gilgit city. Bidders must ensure their bids are competitive and not unreasonably high or low compared to prevailing market rates. A bid security of 4.25% of the total cost in the form of a deposit is required, payable to the Director Special Education Gilgit. The chairman of the procurement committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid under GB PPRA Rules 2022. The bidder must be blacklisted free and submit a filled form for all vehicles including buses, wagons, and motorbikes. Misconduct or misbehavior will lead to disqualification. Successful bidders will provide 10% performance security in the name of the Director Special Education Gilgit Baltistan.
