Supply of Mango Germplasm (13 varieties x 20 plants each) 260 Plants

Mango Research Institute Multan invites bids for the supply of Mango Germplasm under the ADP scheme titled PRODUCTIVITY ENHANCEMENT IN MANGO SECTOR OF PUNJAB. The procurement involves 260 plants of Mango Germplasm consisting of 13 varieties with 20 plants each. Items being procured: - Mango Germplasm (13 varieties x 20 plants of each variety) 260 Plants Bidding will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) and only authorized dealers or general order suppliers are eligible to participate. Bid security must be submitted online exclusively through the Bank of Punjab as per Punjab e-Procurement System regulations; no physical financial instruments like CDR or bank guarantees will be accepted. The bidding process follows an Open Competitive Bidding Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules-2014 (amended). Complete bids must be submitted online on or before Thursday, September 10, 2026, at 10:30 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the Office of Principal Scientist, Mango Research Institute, Old Shujabad Road, Multan. Taxes will be deducted as per government rules and NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates must be provided with the bid.
