Tenders are invited for the supply of various items for Headquarters Peshawar Logistics Area for the period from 01 January 2027 or date of sanction (whichever is later) to 31 December 2027. The tender closing date is 08 September 2026 at 1000 hours, with tender opening at 1030 hours the same day. Items being procured: - Meat Group, Hides & Skins (for Peshawar, Nowshera, Kohat, Cherat, Swat, Dir/Chitral & Bagh Tirah Valley) - Vegetable Fresh, Fruit Fresh, Ice, Onion, Potatoes & Firewood (for Swat & Dir/Chitral) - Comb Contract (Bagh Tirah Valley) The scope includes supply and delivery of fresh meat, hides, skins, fresh vegetables, fruits, ice, onions, potatoes, firewood, and comb services to various locations under the Headquarters Peshawar Logistics Area. Suppliers must ensure quality and timely delivery as per contract terms. Pre-qualification requirements and other details can be collected from the contact address until 31 August 2026. All firms must be registered with Income Tax/FBR. A 2% Earnest Money (maximum PKR 1,000,000) of the quoted tender value is required in the form of Pay Order or Call Deposit in the name of Headquarters Peshawar Logistic Area. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes by 1000 hours on 08 September 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted. Tender opening will be held at 1030 hours on the same day.
