Procurement of Miscellaneous Aviation Ground Support Equipment and Machine Tools for FY 2026-27

CMT & SD Golra Road Rawalpindi invites sealed tenders for the procurement of miscellaneous aviation ground support equipment, tools, and machine tools to meet anticipated LP demands for dependent users during FY 2026-27. This opportunity is open to all manufacturers, agents, distributors, suppliers, and contractor firms who can demonstrate valid registration with Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Excise & Taxation Departments, as well as Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR and registration with Directorate General Defence Procurement (DGDP) or Directorate General Procurement – Army (DGPA). Items being procured: - Miscellaneous aviation ground support equipment (specific item list not provided in the notice) - Tools and machine tools (specific item list not provided in the notice) The technical scope covers a broad range of ground support and machine tool requirements for aviation and related maintenance activities. All quoted rates must be inclusive of applicable taxes and transportation charges, with delivery valid until 30 June 2027. Bidders must submit their lowest and best prices as per Army Specifications and General Staff Requirement (GSR). No price negotiation will be conducted with the lowest evaluated responsive bidders. Interested bidders may inspect the tender documents at the local purchase office of CMT & SD Golra on any working day during tender response time. Sealed tenders must be dropped in the tender box at the Main Gate of CMT & SD Golra Road Rawalpindi on or before 10 September 2026 at 1030 hours. Tenders will be opened on 10 September 2026 at 1100 hours in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend. Late tenders will be rejected. A Bid Security of PKR 250,000 in the form of CDR is mandatory. Submission of Technical Proposal, Financial Proposal, Bid Security, Bidder's Eligibility, and Profile Documents in the prescribed manner is required. All purchases are subject to inspection for quality, quantity, and standard. Purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers without assigning reason.
