Supply of Mechanical Consumables for Development of Computer Controlled Fermenters and Production of Biochemicals & Bioproducts

The Pakistan Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (PCSIR), Islamabad, invites electronic bids for the supply of mechanical consumables under the PSDP project titled Development of Computer Controlled Fermenters and Production of Biochemicals & Bioproducts. This procurement is open to well reputed and registered manufacturers, sole agents, authorized dealers, suppliers, and government contractors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and who are active taxpayers. Items being procured: - LOT1: Reaction Glass Vessel (5 units) - LOT2: Pall Filters (3 units) - LOT3: Ball Bearings (4 units) - LOT4: Mechanical Components (16 units) - LOT5: O-Rings (46 units) The procurement involves supply of various mechanical consumables essential for the development and production processes at PCSIR Laboratories Complex, Lahore. Bidders must submit their bids electronically through the EPADS v2.0 system by Monday, November 23, 2026. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 01:00 PM and 01:30 PM respectively. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Earnest money deposits are required as follows: Rs. 460,000 for LOT1, Rs. 420,000 for LOT2, Rs. 160,000 for LOT3, Rs. 460,000 for LOT4, and Rs. 40,000 for LOT5, payable via bank draft or call deposit in favor of The Project Director. PCSIR reserves the right to accept or reject any bids or proposals as per PPRA rules. Bidders are advised to carefully review the detailed terms and conditions available on the EPADS portal (www.cprocure.gov.pk) and ensure compliance with all requirements. Delivery will be on F.O.R basis at PCSIR Laboratories Complex, Lahore.
