Supply of Electrical and Mechanical Consumables & Probes for PCSIR Lahore Laboratories Complex

The Pakistan Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (PCSIR) invites electronic bids for the supply of electrical and mechanical consumables and probes under the PSDP Project titled Development of Computer Controlled Fermenters and Production of Biochemicals & Bioproducts. This procurement is specifically for the PCSIR Laboratories Complex located in Lahore. Items being procured: - LOT1: pH Probes, Cables & Meter (8 units) - LOT2: DO Probes, Cables & Meter (16 units) - LOT3: MASS FLOW CONTROLLER & Modular PLC (7 units) - LOT4: UPS (2 units) - LOT5: Heaters (2 units) - LOT6: Power Supplies (20 units) The scope includes supply of high-quality electrical and mechanical consumables suitable for scientific and industrial research applications. Bidders must be well reputed and registered manufacturers, sole agents, authorized dealers, suppliers, or government contractors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and active on the FBR Active Taxpayer List. Earnest money deposits vary by lot and must be submitted as bank drafts or call deposits in favor of The Project Director. The place of delivery is PCSIR Laboratories Complex, Lahore on F.O.R basis. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 by Monday, November 23, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. This tender follows PPRA rules and PCSIR reserves the right to accept or reject any bid or proposal.
