Supply of Medical Gases with Services & Maintenance Contract SZHL - FY 2026-27

Shaikh Zayed Hospital Lahore (SZPGMI) has reserved funds for procurement planned for FY 2026-27. The hospital invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of medical gases with services and maintenance contract for the fiscal year 2026-27 under tender reference P142869. Items being procured: - Medical gases supply - Services and maintenance contract for medical gases The procurement will be conducted through a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure using Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bidders must submit a bid security as described in the bidding documents in the form of Call at Deposit or accompanied by a bid securing declaration as specified. All bidding documents, including detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements, are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/142869. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 on or before Thursday, October 22, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM via EPADS v2.0. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Vendors not registered on EPADS v2.0 may register at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/.
