Supply of Medical, Surgical, Radiology, Dental, Printing, and Laboratory Items for THQ Hospital Fateh Jang

The Health & Population Department invites sealed bids from eligible bidders, manufacturers, and authorized sales & service dealers for the supply of various medical and related items for the financial year 2026-27 at THQ Hospital Fateh Jang, District Attock. Items being procured: - Package 1: Frame work contract for Day to Day Local Purchase and Emergency Purchase of Medicine & Surgical/Disposable Items/UHI Medicines - Package 2: Frame work contract for purchase of X-Ray Films & Radiology Accessories - Package 3: Frame work contract for purchase of Pathology/Laboratory Materials from UHI/regular budget - Package 4: Frame work contract for purchase of Miscellaneous & Dental Items - Package 5: Frame work contract for purchase of Printing Material/Stationery Items from UHI/regular budget - Package 6: Frame work contract for procurement of Medical Cases UHI regular budget The scope covers supply of medicines, surgical disposables, radiology films and accessories, pathology and laboratory materials, dental and miscellaneous items, printing and stationery materials, and medical cases as per UHI regular budget requirements. The contracts are framed to ensure continuous availability of essential medical supplies at the hospital. Eligibility criteria include registration with Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA), valid FBR and ATL status, and compliance with technical and financial bid requirements. Earnest money of 2% of the estimated cost is required for each package. Bidding documents can be obtained free of cost through Punjab E-Procurement portal and must be submitted electronically by 10-09-2026 before 11:00 AM. Technical and financial proposals will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of CDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Banker's Cheque from a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan uploaded on Punjab E-Procurement portal. The submission and opening process follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules PPRA 2014. Taxes will be deducted as per government rules.
