Tender Description
Sealed bids are invited from General Sales Tax & Income Tax registered bidders bearing valid Drug Sale Licenses (9 & 11) for the supply of all types of medicines, surgical and disposable items for Local Purchase of Medicines and Allied materials for Government Servants (indoor) and Zakat Fund at Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Hospital AK CMH Muzaffarabad during the financial year 2026-27. The bids will be received up to 12:00 Noon on 02-September-2026 in the office of the Commandant/Medical Superintendent AK CMH Muzaffarabad and will be opened on the same day at 12:30 pm in the presence of bidders or their representatives who may choose to attend the bid opening meeting.

- Local Purchase Medicines (Govt. Servants/Zakat Fund)
The procurement involves supply of medicines and allied materials for indoor government servants and Zakat Fund beneficiaries. Bidders must be registered with GST and Income Tax authorities and hold valid Drug Sale Licenses (9 & 11). The tender document can be obtained from Civil Medical Store SKBZ/CMH Muzaffarabad during office hours upon written request until 01-Sep-2026. Bidders are required to submit refundable bid security of Rs. 500,000 in the form of CDR in favor of the Commandant/Medical Superintendent AK CMH Muzaffarabad along with their financial proposal. Cheques will not be accepted. The bidding will follow Rule 36(a) of AJK Public Procurement Rules using a Single Stage One Envelope procedure, with technical and financial proposals clearly marked.
Incomplete or late bids will be rejected. Bidders must submit an affidavit on stamp paper of Rs. 100 confirming they are not blacklisted and have no conflict with government anywhere in Pakistan including Azad Jammu & Kashmir. All taxes and duties levied by GoAJK will be charged as per admissible rules. The contract will remain valid until 30.06.2027. Bids should be submitted in tape binding with complete page numbering and signatures of authorized persons on each page to avoid disqualification.
