Tender Description
DHQ Hospital Ghalanai, Mohmand Tribal District, invites sealed tenders under the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure for the supply of medicines, chemicals, and various miscellaneous items for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is being conducted as per the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Procurement of Goods, Works and Services Rules 2014. All interested and eligible suppliers, registered with relevant tax authorities, are encouraged to participate in this competitive process.

The technical scope covers the supply of quality medicines, laboratory chemicals, medical gases, and other essential hospital items as per the detailed list above. All items must meet the required standards and specifications suitable for hospital use. Suppliers must be registered with FBR and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Earnest Money in the form of CDR or Pay Order, as specified in the tender document, must be submitted with the bid.
Sealed bids must be submitted to the office of the Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Ghalanai, by 24 August 2026, no later than 10:30 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. For best results, ensure all supporting documents, including tax certificates and earnest money, are complete and attached to avoid disqualification at the technical evaluation stage.
