Tender Description
The Health & Population Department Punjab invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for six independent lot-wise framework rate contracts for supply to Tehsil Headquarter Hospital Murree. The procurement is under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using the Single Stage—One Envelope procedure.
Items being procured:
- Lot No. 1: Local Purchase (LP) Medicines, Dialysis Items, Surgical & Disposable Items
- Lot No. 2: Laboratory Reagents & Dental Items
- Lot No. 3: X-Ray / Radiology Films & Related Items
- Lot No. 4: Stationery Items
- Lot No. 5: Printing Material / Printing & Publication Items
- Lot No. 6: General Store, Hospital Consumables, Equipment & Miscellaneous Items
The bidding documents are available free of cost on the Punjab e-Procurement portal and Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement portal as per instructions. A separate bid security equal to 2% of the estimated value of each quoted lot is required in the form of validity and manner stated in bidding documents, favoring the Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Murree.
The bid submission deadline is **26 September 2026 at 10:00 a.m.** Bids will be opened the same day at 10:30 a.m. via the e-Punjab Procurement Portal at THQ Hospital Murree in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
Bids remain valid for 120 days from submission deadline. Bidders must quote all mandatory items of each selected lot. Prices must include delivery to THQ Hospital Murree and applicable taxes.
