Supply of Medicines and Drugs on Daily Local Purchase for FY 2026-27

This tender is issued by the President's Secretariat (Personal) Aiwan-e-Sadr, Islamabad for the supply of medicines and drugs on daily local purchase basis for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is aimed at ensuring continuous availability of required medicines to the Aiwan-e-Sadr dispensary throughout the year. Items being procured: - Medicines / Drugs as per detailed Annexure-A of the tender document The scope includes supply of medicines/drugs as per approved samples by the purchase committee. The supplier must ensure timely delivery at the Dak Window, PS (Personal), Aiwan-e-Sadr, Islamabad as per work order instructions. Expired medicines must be replaced promptly. The contract requires strict adherence to quality standards and timelines. The supplier shall provide samples for evaluation and must maintain continuity of supply irrespective of price fluctuations. Eligibility criteria include valid FBR registration, ATL status, DRAP registration, NTN, vendor number, and experience of at least 3 years supplying medicines to public sector or similar organizations. The firm must have a commercial office with minimum 5 staff including a pharmacist. Earnest money of 5% of the quoted bid is required in the form of CDR/Bank Draft. Technical and financial proposals will be evaluated separately under the Single Stage-Two Envelope Procedure. The closing date for submission is by 1100 hrs on the specified date with bid opening at 1130 hrs on the same day. Bids must be delivered in person or by registered mail/courier to the office of AS (Admn), President Secretariat (Personal), Islamabad. Late, emailed, or faxed bids will not be accepted. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure all mandatory documents including valid licenses, certificates, and samples are complete and submitted as per checklist to avoid disqualification during technical evaluation. Also, maintain clear and firm pricing inclusive of all taxes for the entire financial year 2026-27 to comply with tender conditions.
