Supply of Medicines for Horticulture Agency Multan Employees Financial Year 2026-2027

Horticulture Agency Multan invites bids under Single Stage - One Envelope procedure through the Punjab e-Procurement System from registered local Chemists / Druggists (Wholesalers or Retailers) operating in Multan city, preferably from nearby areas such as Ghanta Ghar Chowk, MDA Chowk, Nishtar Hospital Road, and other main localities, for the supply of medicines on discounted rates on a monthly basis. Items being procured: - Medicines for Horticulture Agency Multan employees on discounted monthly rates The contract duration is one year, extendable based on mutual consent and satisfactory performance. Medicines must be supplied monthly at discounted rates and only from standard and reputable pharmaceutical companies. The selected bidder must ensure 24/7 availability of required medicines and arrange alternate stock without delay in case of non-availability. All supplies must comply with the requirements of the Medical Officer, Horticulture Agency Multan. Payments will be made monthly. The bidder must possess a valid Drug Sale License as per Government and Health Department regulations. Eligibility criteria include registration with Income Tax and appearance on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the FBR. Bidders must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System; manual submission is not allowed. A Bid Security of PKR 350,000 must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System before the E-bid submission deadline. An undertaking on stamp paper declaring that the bidder is not blacklisted by any Government, Semi-Government, or Private organization is required. Conditional tenders will not be accepted.
