The Medical Superintendent of District Headquarter Hospital Lower Chitral and Women & Children Hospital Jang Bazar Lower Chitral invites online re-tenders (3rd and last call) through E-PADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk) for the supply of medicines to patients under the Sehat Sahulat Program (SSP). This procurement is conducted under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Rules, 2014. Items being procured: - Medicines for Medical Ward at District Headquarter Hospital Lower Chitral - Medicines for Surgical Ward at District Headquarter Hospital Lower Chitral - Medicines for Dialysis Unit at District Headquarter Hospital Lower Chitral - Medicines for Eye & ENT Ward at District Headquarter Hospital Lower Chitral - Medicines for Gynae Ward at Women & Children Hospital Jang Bazar, Lower Chitral - Medicines for Paeds Ward at Women & Children Hospital Jang Bazar, Lower Chitral The successful bidder must possess a valid and legal Drug Sale License under Sub-section 23(1)(c) of the Drug Act 1976 issued by the concerned Drug Inspector within the jurisdiction of District Chitral Lower. The bidder is also required to establish or provide a medical store/outlet near the concerned hospital to ensure medicines are available 24/7 without interruption. Separate bids and bid securities (CDR) are required for each category. The original bid security amounting to PKR 300,000 must be submitted before the bid opening time. Bids must be submitted online strictly via E-PADS by 11:00 AM on 23-11-2026, with opening at 11:30 AM the same day. This tender follows the Single Stage – Single Envelope procedure as per KPPRA Rules, 2014. Rate quotations must be computerized and printed on official letterhead; handwritten quotations will not be accepted. Approved rates will remain valid until June 30, 2027.
