Items being procured: - Framework Contract for Day to Day Local Purchase and Emergency Purchase Of Medicine & Surgical/Disposable Items/UHI Medicines - Framework contract for purchase of X-Ray Films & Radiology Accessories - Framework contract for procurement of Medical Gases UHI/regular budget - Framework contract for procurement of Janitorial Supplies This procurement covers a wide range of medical supplies including medicines, surgical and disposable items, radiology accessories, medical gases, and janitorial supplies essential for hospital operations. The contracts are designed as framework agreements to facilitate both routine and emergency purchases throughout the financial year. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab E Procurement System (EPADS) and comply with the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted online via the Punjab E Procurement System portal by 04-11-2026 before 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required for each package, payable via CDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Banker's Cheque from a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan.
