Supply of Medicines, Surgical and Disposable Items for Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Hospital Muzaffarabad

Sealed bids are invited from General Sales Tax & Income Tax registered Bidders bearing valid Drug Sale Licenses (9&11) for the supply of all types of medicines, surgical & disposable items for Local Purchase of Medicines and Allied materials for Government Servants (indoor) and Zakat Fund at maximum discount rate on retail prices during the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is for the Office of the Commandant/Medical Superintendent AK CMH Muzaffarabad located in Muzaffarabad, Azad Jammu & Kashmir. Items being procured: - Medicines - Surgical items - Disposable items The tender document is obtainable from Civil Medical Store SKBZ/CMH Muzaffarabad during office hours upon submission of written request until 01-September-2026. Bidders are required to submit Bid Security in the shape of CDR in favor of the Commandant/Medical Superintendent AK CMH Muzaffarabad along with the Financial Proposal. Cheques shall not be accepted. Bidding shall be conducted through Rule 36(a), Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure of AJK Public Procurement Rules. The bid shall comprise one single sealed package containing separately Technical and Financial proposals, marked clearly as TECHNICAL PROPOSAL and FINANCIAL PROPOSAL in bold and legible letters. Eligibility requires bidders to be registered with General Sales Tax & Income Tax authorities, hold valid Drug Sale Licenses (9&11), and submit an affidavit on stamp paper of Rs. 100/- confirming they are neither blacklisted nor in conflict with government anywhere in Azad Jammu & Kashmir & Kashmir, Federally administered areas and provinces of Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Bidders must also submit an affidavit accepting all terms and conditions of the bidding document. All taxes and duties levied by GoAJK will be charged from the bills under admissible rules. The contract shall remain valid till 30.06.2027. All bids should be submitted in tape binding duly sealed with index having complete page numbers at the beginning of the technical bid. All documents should contain proper page marking, attached in sequence, and should have signatures of authorized persons. Failure to comply will disqualify the bidder technically. The bids will be received up to 12:00 Noon on 02-September-2026 and will be opened on the same day at 12:30 pm in the presence of bidders or their representatives who may choose to attend the meeting of bid opening as per given details. Evaluation report and award of contract shall also be displayed on PPRA website. This invitation for bids is also available on AJK PPRA's website (www.ajkppra.gov.pk).
