Supply of Medicines for WAPDA Hospital Tarbela and Fortified Dispensary

The Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) invites prequalification applications for a close framework agreement for the on-demand supply of medicines to WAPDA Hospital Tarbela and WAPDA Fortified Dispensary. This procurement is aimed at ensuring continuous availability of medicines for WAPDA patients through green slip system at the hospital and dispensary. Items being procured: - Medicines for daily supply as per demand at WAPDA Hospital Tarbela - Medicines for daily supply as per demand at WAPDA Fortified Dispensary The scope includes supply of medicines on call-off basis under a framework agreement with selected bidders. Eligible bidders must be licensed chemists or pharmacies registered with NADRA, FBR, and EPADS, holding active NTN and STN for medicine supply. Bidders must submit electronic bids via EPADS portal. The bidding document is available on the PPRA website EPADS. A non-refundable fee of Rs. 2000/- is payable to Medical Superintendent WAPDA Hospital Tarbela A/C No. 0575790504701. Bid security of Rs. 150,000/- in the form of CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft from Scheduled Bank of Pakistan is required. Manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic bids will be opened on 12 November 2026 at 12:30 PM, 30 minutes after bid closing time.
