Tender Description
The Multan Institute of Nuclear Medicine and Radiotherapy (MINAR) is procuring a wide range of items including electrical and electronics components, medical and surgical supplies, laboratory equipment, pharmaceuticals, stationery, and specialized diagnostic kits. This procurement is specifically for MINAR located in Multan, Punjab. The scope covers diverse products such as SMD lights, cables, air conditioners, fire extinguishers, vacutainers, auto-disable syringes, PCR kits, genotyping kits, and general office stationery among others.
The technical scope includes supply of branded and equivalent quality items with detailed specifications such as CE and IVD certifications for medical kits, authorized distributor status in Pakistan, and expiry requirements. The tender requires delivery and installation at MINAR Multan with commissioning and insurance included. Suppliers must provide samples with the technical bid and comply with packaging and labeling standards. The procurement also involves supply of consumables for molecular diagnostic systems and real-time PCR amplification kits compatible with existing equipment.
Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration where applicable, active FBR/ATL registration, and experience in supplying similar items. Earnest Money Deposit of 2% of the quoted value in the form of CDR or bank draft is mandatory with the technical bid. Bidders must also submit a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 500.00.
