Supply of Miscellaneous / Expendables Items for Central Aviation Spares Depot (EME)

The Central Aviation Spares Depot (EME) at Qasim Army Aviation Base, Dhamial Camp Rawalpindi invites sealed tenders from reputed firms possessing NTN certificates for the supply of miscellaneous and expendable items. Procurement will be conducted under PPRA rules with quantities approximated for the complete financial year, though purchase quantities may be adjusted as per immediate requirements. Firms are advised to avoid quoting exorbitant rates. Items being procured: - Miscellaneous / Expendables (detailed list attached as Annexure A to D) The tender requires delivery within 30 days for local stores and 90 days for foreign stores. Firms must submit separate envelopes clearly marked Technical Offer and Commercial Offer, with IT number mentioned on both. The Technical Offer must include tender fees of Rs. 3,000, bid security/earnest money amounting to 5% of the total bid value in the form of pay order or bank draft, detailed specifications, country of origin, source/firm authorization for branded items, offer validity up to 30 June 2027, delivery period per item, and warranty details. Bids without valid Military Intelligence Directorate security clearance or from firms with pending deliveries from last financial year will be rejected. Eligibility requires firms to be neither defaulter nor blacklisted by any government or military organization, possess adequate financial capability, and submit earnest money as bid security. Partial payments or payments without receipt and acceptance of ordered stores will not be entertained. All samples and supplies will be subject to inspection and testing by the depot officers. The tender closing date is 3 August 2026 at 11:00 hrs, with submission at the main gate of CASD (EME) Rawalpindi. Tender fees and bid security must accompany the bid.
