Supply of Miscellaneous Items for Central Aviation Spares Depot (EME) Qasim Army Aviation Base Rawalpindi

Central Aviation Spares Depot (EME) at Qasim Army Aviation Base, Dhamial Camp Rawalpindi invites sealed tenders from reputed firms possessing NTN certificates for supply of miscellaneous items as per approximate requirement for the complete financial year. The procurement will be carried out in light of PPRA rules. Purchase quantities may be increased or decreased as per immediate requirements. Being shelf life items, purchase orders will be placed in batches or packages as needed. Firms are advised to avoid quoting exorbitant rates. Items being procured: - Miscellaneous items as per list attached as Annexure A and B The delivery period is 30 days for local stores and 90 days for foreign stores. Bids must be submitted by 31 August 2026 at 1030 Hrs and will be opened on the same day at 1100 Hrs. Quoted rates must be valid up to 30 June 2027. Delivery period should be 1 month for local and 3 months for imported items. Firms with pending deliveries from last financial year are not allowed to participate. Remaining life of shelf life items must be 80% of total life at delivery. Only firms registered with Central Aviation Spares Depot or having valid Military Intelligence Directorate security clearance for interaction with Army will be accepted. Technical and commercial offers must be submitted in separate envelopes clearly marked and must include Tender Fees of Rs 3,000 per tender (non-refundable) and Bid Security/Earnest Money amounting to 5% of total bid in the form of Pay Order/Bank Draft in the name of Commandant.
