Municipal Committee Chichawatni invites sealed item rate tenders under PPRA rules for FY 2026-27 from eligible bidders. All procurement activities from 01-07-2026 will be conducted exclusively through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Items being procured: - Supply of Miscellaneous Items for Gardening Branch - Supply of Stationery Items - Supply of Miscellaneous Items for Light Branch - Supply of Miscellaneous Items for Sewerage System - Supply of General Items for Office Use - Supplying and Fixing of Pana Flexes - Provision of Machinery / Vehicle on Rental Basis - Supply And Fixing of Different Items on Rental Basis The scope covers supply and fixing of various items across multiple municipal branches including gardening, light, sewerage, and office use, as well as rental services for machinery and vehicles. Item rates must include all applicable taxes. Conditional, unsigned, incomplete, or doubtful bids will be rejected. Performance guarantees and earnest money as per bidding documents are mandatory. Evaluation will be based on total bid price with least cost selection. Work order issuance binds the successful bidder to quality control at their own expense. Bids must be submitted electronically by 15-09-2026 (12:00 PM) and will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
