Procurement of Stationary, Ordnance Store, and POL Charges for Punjab CNF Financial Year 2026-27

Punjab CNF invites bids for the procurement of stationary, ordnance store, and POL charges for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement process will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System in accordance with PPRA Punjab rules. This notice is specifically for suppliers and vendors interested in providing goods to Punjab CNF, Lahore. Items being procured: - Stationary (A03901), Estimated Amount: Rs. 5,000,000 - Ordnance Store (A03954), Estimated Amount: Rs. 50,000,000 - POL Charges (A03807), Estimated Amount: Rs. 50,000,000 The technical scope includes the supply of high-quality stationary items, ordnance store materials, and POL (Petroleum, Oil, and Lubricants) as per the requirements of Punjab CNF. All items must meet the specifications outlined in the tender documents. Bidders must ensure timely delivery and compliance with all technical standards. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). A 3 percent bid security in the form of CDR or pay order is mandatory for each lot, as specified in the table above. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System by 07-09-2026, 11:30 AM. Late submissions will not be entertained. The opening of bids will take place on the same day at 11:30 AM. For submission, ensure all documents are uploaded as per the instructions on the e-Procurement portal.
