Supply of NIV Drugs to Directorate of Procurement (Navy) Islamabad

The Directorate of Procurement (Navy), Islamabad, invites sealed bids from original manufacturers, authorized distributors, and suppliers registered with income tax and sales tax departments for the supply of NIV Drugs as per tender no 2683028/R-2610/380262 dated 17 SEP 26. This procurement is for the Pakistan Navy Medical Stores Depot and related medical facilities in Islamabad. Items being procured include 18 specific drug items such as Trimetazidine MR 35 MG Tablets, Ebastine 10 MG Tablets, Cetirizine 10 MG Tablets, Fexofenadine in various strengths, Ipratropium 2 ML Vials, Beclomethasone + Salbutamol Inhalers, Ketotifen Syrup, Diclofenac Potassium and Sodium Tablets with Misoprostal, Flurbiprofen Tablets, and Orphenadrine Citrate with Paracetamol Tablets. The technical scope requires compliance with detailed specifications, shelf life requirements, packaging standards, and delivery schedules from 1st July 2027 to 30 June 2028. Eligibility criteria include valid DGDP registration or willingness to register, Active Taxpayers List (ATL) status with FBR, and submission of earnest money as per category. Bidders must submit technical and commercial offers in separate sealed envelopes following the Single Stage - Two Envelope bidding procedure. Earnest money must be submitted in a separate sealed envelope. The bids must be delivered to Tender Box No. 206 at DP (Navy) Islamabad by 10:30 AM on 04 November 2026, with technical bids opened at 11:00 AM the same day. Only technically qualified firms will have their commercial bids opened later.
