Supply of Office Stationery Items for Airports Security Force Multan Airport FY 2026-27

Airports Security Force (ASF) Multan Airport, under the Ministry of Defense, Government of Pakistan, invites electronic bids for the supply of office stationery items for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement follows rule 36(b) of PPRA Rules, 2004, using Single Stage Single Envelope procedures from authorized dealers and suppliers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and having a minimum of 5 years relevant experience. The contract will be awarded for the whole financial year 2026-27 subject to approval of the Competent Authority. Items being procured: - Supply of Stationery items Bidders must submit their bids electronically through the PPRA EPADS web portal (http://eprocure.gov.pk) before the closing date and time, as well as in hard copy (sealed envelope) duly filled and attached with requisite information in the specified format. The original bid security of Rs. 36,300/- must be attached with the bid (technical and financial single envelope) in hard copy and the bid security copy (pay order/bank guarantee) must be attached through EPADS online submission before the submission date and time. Bids will be opened on 08-09-2026 at 1130 hrs at the Admin Office ASF Garrison Multan. The bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, and specifications may be obtained from the Admin Office ASF Multan Airport during office hours (0830-1630) at a cost of Rs. 500/- (non-refundable) payable in cash to the Accounts Office ASF Multan Airport with a written request on the firm's letterhead. This advertisement is also available on the PPRA website www.ppra.org.pk. The contract period covers the satisfactory completion of the framework agreement and warranty period if any. The Chief Security Officer ASF Multan Airport reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids due to cogent reasons which will be communicated to bidders on request. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your firm is registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and has at least 5 years of relevant experience to avoid disqualification. Also, strictly follow the bid submission instructions on EPADS and provide the original bid security in hard copy to avoid rejection.
