Tender Description
The Office of the Chief Commissioner (IR) Regional Tax Office Rawalpindi invites bids for the purchase of computer stationery items for the financial year 2026-2027. This procurement is specifically for the Regional Tax Office located at Tax House, Katchery Chowk, Rawalpindi. The items being procured include a comprehensive list of computer stationery and related accessories such as various branded and made-in-China toners for multiple HP, Xerox, Toshiba, Panasonic, and Konica Minolta printers and photocopiers, re-filling services for printer toner drums and blades, computer power cables (III-Pins Round and Flat), USB data cables, networking cables (CAT-VI Copper), CCTV meters, RJ-45 cable connectors, USB and wireless mice and keyboards from brands like Dell, HP, A4Tech, and Logitech, SATA power connector cables, computer LAN cards (single and dual port), computer BIOS cells, wrist support mouse pads, RAM modules (DDR II and DDR III in 2GB and 4GB), computer hard disks (SSD) ranging from 250 GB to 16 TB, dual band Wi-Fi routers from TP-Link with various speeds, network switches from TP-Link and Sisco with different port counts, computer power supplies for Dell and HP models, VGA cables, motherboards for Dell OptiPlex 990 desktops, cable testers, printer data cables, USB drives (32 GB and 64 GB), SATA to USB cables, crimping tools, wire stripper/cutter sets, punch down tool sets, network cable testers for RJ-45 and RJ-11, anti-static wrist strap sets, tweezers/long nose pliers sets, HDMI cables, SATA SSD disk drives (2 TB and 4 TB), M.2 NVMe and SATA SSD disk drives, external SSD disk drives, SSD disk driver cover casings, and M.2 NVMe/SATA enclosures.
The technical scope requires all items to meet the specifications and samples approved by the Departmental Purchase Committee (DPC). Bidders must provide company profiles, tax returns for the last two years, CNICs of proprietors/partners/directors, NTN and sales tax registration with ATL status, affidavits declaring no blacklisting or litigation, and relevant work or purchase orders evidencing experience over the last three years. A bid security in the form of a Pay Order amounting to Rs. 100,000/- in favor of the Drawing & Disbursing Officer, RTO Rawalpindi, must be submitted before bid opening. Incomplete bids or those excluding taxes will not be considered. The quoted rates must be inclusive of GST where applicable, and income tax withholding will apply as per prescribed rates.
The deadline for submission is within seven days from the publication date, with bids to be submitted at the office of the undersigned. The DPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule-33 of the Public Procurement Rules. Bidders are advised to carefully review the tender documents and ensure compliance with all requirements. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure that all required documents, including tax and registration certificates, are current and properly attached to avoid disqualification due to incomplete submissions.
