Supply of Office Stationery and Printing Materials for Sindh Government

The Sindh Government invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified suppliers for the supply of office stationery and printing materials required for various departments in Karachi. This procurement aims to ensure timely availability of essential office supplies to support administrative functions across government offices. Items being procured: - A4 Size Printing Paper (500 Reams) - Ballpoint Pens (Blue and Black, 10,000 pcs) - Staplers (200 pcs) - Printing Ink Cartridges (LaserJet compatible, 150 pcs) - File Folders (Plastic, 5,000 pcs) - Notebooks (200 pages, 3,000 pcs) - Envelopes (A4 size, 10,000 pcs) - Highlighters (Assorted Colors, 1,000 pcs) The scope includes delivery to designated government offices in Karachi with quality standards as per specifications. Suppliers must be registered with FBR and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). A valid PEC registration is not mandatory for this supply contract. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of 2% of the estimated cost in the form of a Pay Order or CDR is required with the bid. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the tender number and delivered to the Procurement Office, Sindh Government Secretariat, Karachi by the closing date. Technical bids will be opened first, followed by financial bids of technically qualified bidders. The last date for submission is **17 June 2024** by 3:00 PM, and bids will be opened on the same day at 3:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure all required documents including FBR registration and EMD are complete and attached to avoid disqualification during the technical evaluation stage. Late or incomplete bids will not be entertained.
