Tender Description
The Sindh Secretariat Karachi is inviting bids for the supply of office stationery and printing materials. This procurement is aimed at fulfilling the Secretariat's requirements for the current financial year. The scope includes a wide range of stationery items such as paper, envelopes, files, and printing materials necessary for official use.
Bidders must ensure compliance with the technical specifications provided by the department. The supply will be delivered to the Sindh Secretariat Karachi premises. Interested suppliers should have valid FBR registration and be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Experience in supplying similar items to government departments will be an added advantage. The department expects earnest money in the form of a CDR as per the tender documents.
The submission deadline is fixed at 14th June 2024 by 23:59:59. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the procurement office of Sindh Secretariat Karachi. Both technical and financial bids will be evaluated separately. Late submissions will not be entertained.
A practical tip for bidders is to carefully prepare the technical bid with all required documents and ensure the CDR is valid and properly attached. This will avoid disqualification on technical grounds. Also, visiting the site or department for clarifications before submission can be beneficial to understand the exact requirements and avoid mistakes.
