Muhammad Nawaz Shareef University of Agriculture Multan invites all potential firms, authorized distributors, dealers, and suppliers who are registered for Income Tax and Sales Tax to submit their E-bids or proposals through the Punjab e-Procurement System. The procurement is for the provision of printing, stationery, publication, and meal, refreshment, and catering services for the International Conference ICRWMSA-2026 under a research project. Items being procured: - Printing, Stationery, Publication (Lot-I) with an estimated cost of Rs. 800,000 - Meal, Refreshment, Catering (Lot-II) with an estimated cost of Rs. 1,600,000 The procurement will follow the Single Stage One Envelope procedure as per rule 38(1) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Bidders must have established credentials in technical, financial, and managerial capabilities. The bidding documents containing all terms, conditions, requirements, and specifications are available at http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk and https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. The University will not be responsible for any cost or expense incurred by bidders in connection with the preparation or delivery of bids. In case of an official holiday on the day of submission, the next day will be treated as the closing date. The bids will be received and opened on 01-10-2026, with receiving time at 11:00 AM and opening time at 11:30 AM. Bid security is 5% of the estimated cost of each lot.
