Supply of Medicines, Surgical/Disposable Items, Pathology/Laboratory Materials, General Store Items, Dental Items, and Printing/Stationery Items for Tehsil Head Quarter Hospital Talagang

The Tehsil Head Quarter Hospital Talagang, District Chakwal, invites sealed bids from eligible bidders including manufacturers, authorized sales and service dealers for the supply of various medical and general items for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is divided into four packages covering essential medicines, surgical and disposable items, pathology and laboratory materials, general store and dental items, as well as printing materials and stationery items. Items being procured: - Package 1: Day to Day Local Purchase and Emergency Purchase of Medicine & Surgical/Disposable Items/UHI Medicines/Zakat Medicine - Package 2: Purchase of Pathology/Laboratory Materials - Package 3: Purchase of Miscellaneous, General Store Items & Dental Items - Package 4: Purchase of Printing Material/Stationery Items The procurement will follow a frame work contract approach. Bidders must have active FBR/PRA taxpayer status and must not be blacklisted or debarred by PPRA or Punjab Health and Population's Department. For the framework contract of local purchase of medicines and surgical items, the bidder must have a valid CDSCO license issued on Form 9C and must be outside the district Chakwal. The procedure is Single Stage – Two Envelope (Technical & Financial) via the Punjab e-procurement system (https://epp.punjab.gov.pk/). Sealed bids must be delivered to the office before 11:00 a.m. on 05-10-2026 accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of CDR. Bids will be opened on the same date at 11:30 a.m. in the presence of bidders' representatives at the office of the Medical Superintendent THQ Hospital Talagang. Bidders are requested to offer their best and final prices inclusive of all taxes, duties, and levies as no negotiations will be entertained. Taxes will be deducted as per applicable government rules and a valid tax registration certificate must be provided.
