Supply of Office Stationery, Toners and Miscellaneous Items for Financial Year 2026-27

The President's Secretariat (Public) Aiwan-e-Sadr Islamabad invites e-bids from well reputed firms registered in E-PADS system of PPRA for the supply of office stationery, toners and other miscellaneous items for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is for Islamabad and Rawalpindi areas. Items being procured: - Office Stationery - Toners - Other miscellaneous items The tender requires bidders to have properly established and operational shops/offices with functional telephone facilities in Islamabad/Rawalpindi. Bids must be accompanied by an earnest money of Rs. 285,000/- in the form of Bank Draft/Pay Order in favor of Deputy Director (General), President's Secretariat (Public), Aiwan-e-Sadr, Islamabad. Cheques will not be accepted. Rates should be quoted item-wise clearly indicating prices in Pak Rupees against each item. Rates will be considered without GST and valid until 30-06-2027. The contract will be awarded item-wise to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder meeting all specifications and eligibility requirements under the least cost based selection method (LCBS). Eligibility criteria include registration with FBR for Sales Tax and Income Tax, registration in E-PADS system of PPRA, and submission of NTN and General Sales Tax certificates. Submission of bids must be done through E-PADS portal by 1100 hours on 29th September 2026, with opening at 1130 hours the same day. Incomplete or false documents will lead to disqualification. The firm must not be blacklisted by any government ministry or department. The successful firm shall not revise rates during the financial year 2026-27 and must supply items as per approved prices. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
