Tender Description
The Office of the Project Director IRC-GASSR, Government of Gilgit-Baltistan, invites sealed bids from eligible firms and suppliers registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category for the supply of office stationery, common use items, and hiring/maintenance of vehicles for the fiscal year 2026-27. This procurement is based in Skardu and aims to support the administrative and operational needs of the inter-regional connectivity project between Baltistan Division and Diamer-Astore Division.

Bidding will be conducted through a Single Stage One Envelope procedure in accordance with GB-PPRA Rules 39(a). Bidding documents containing the BOQ, detailed terms and conditions, procurement procedure, bid security requirements, bid validity, bid opening, evaluation criteria, and performance guarantee details are available at the office of the Project Director IRC-GASSR, Kachura Skardu. Interested bidders must submit a written request and pay a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3000/- via treasury challan in favor of the Project Director IRC-GASSR to obtain bidding documents.
Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from any scheduled bank in Pakistan amounting to 2% of the estimated cost. The bids, prepared according to the instructions in the bidding documents, must reach the office of the Project Director IRC-GASSR, Kachura Skardu, on or before 25th August 2026 at 10:00 am. Bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 am.
Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents and ensure compliance with all requirements. Timely submission and proper documentation are critical to avoid disqualification.
