Supply of Oil Spill Kit at Mehmood Kot

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) is procuring Oil Spill Kits for its Mehmood Kot terminal located in Punjab. This procurement is critical for environmental safety and emergency response at the site. The supply includes 3 complete Oil Spill Kits each consisting of a 95-gallon overpack salvage drum, absorbent pads, socks, pillows, hazmat disposal bags and ties, safety goggles, nitrile gloves, and ropes. All items must comply with EPA 40 CFR 264.175 and SPCC regulations as per U.S. NPDES standards. The scope covers supply, delivery, and warranty of the equipment ensuring it is free from defects in material and workmanship. Vendors must provide Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and proof of compliance with specified standards. PSO reserves the right to conduct third-party testing or inspections to verify compliance. Delivery is required within 20 days of purchase order acceptance, with penalties for late delivery capped at 10% of the PO value.
