Supply of One LNG Cargo on Delivered Ex-Ship Basis at Port Qasim Karachi

Pakistan LNG Limited (PLL) invites bids from reputed international suppliers for the supply of one (01) Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) cargo on a Delivered Ex-Ship (DES) basis at Port Qasim, Karachi. This procurement is aimed at meeting the country's gas requirements through a reliable LNG supply. Items being procured: - One (01) LNG cargo The delivery period for the LNG cargo is from 12 September 2026 to 16 September 2026. The quantity per cargo is approximately 140,000 cubic meters with a tolerance of plus or minus 5 percent as detailed in the bid documents. Bid documents can be obtained from the office of Pakistan LNG Limited either in person or by email request at procurement@paklng.com from the date of advertisement until 08 September 2026. Bidders must prepare their bids in accordance with the instructions provided in the bid documents. The completed bids must reach the office of PLL at the specified address on or before 1400 hours PST on 08 September 2026. The bids will be opened the same day at 1430 hours PST as per PPRA rules. Pakistan LNG Limited reserves the right to reject any or all bids at its sole discretion prior to acceptance, in accordance with rule 33 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bid documents and ensure timely submission to avoid disqualification.
