Cadet College Karachi invites sealed bids/tenders inclusive of all taxes from eligible, well reputed, registered and financially sound firms/suppliers on Active Taxpayer's list maintained by FBR for supply of items to Cadet College Karachi for the period from October 2026 to 30 June 2027, renewable if approved. Items being procured: - Dry & Fresh Ration - Fuel & Lubricants - Cadets Kit - Stationery & Course Books - LPG The procurement covers supply of essential consumables and materials for the college's operational needs including food rations, fuel and lubricants for vehicles or generators, cadet uniforms and kits, educational stationery and course books, and liquefied petroleum gas. Bidders must be registered general order suppliers with valid registration and experience in supplying the above items. Submission of valid registration documents, NTN, GST registration where applicable, relevant experience, bank details, and company/firm profile is mandatory. Rates should clearly indicate all applicable taxes, duties, transportation, loading/unloading, and other charges. Separate bids/offers are required for each category, but one person can apply for one or all categories. Bids must be submitted under one envelope separately for each category. The bid validity period is four months. Incomplete, conditional, late, or non-responsive bids will not be considered. No transportation or carriage/mobilization charges will be paid for supply at the college. Tender documents, specifications, item-wise schedules, quantities, and terms may be obtained from the office of Cadet College Karachi on working days between 8:30 am and 3 pm. Samples, specifications, or brand standards may be required to confirm compliance with approved quality standards. The bid should reach by 30 September 2026 in the office of Principal Cadet College Karachi. Tender will be opened on the same date in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all proposals at any time prior to acceptance. Bidders must furnish an affidavit on stamp paper that the firm is not blacklisted by any Government or Semi Government Department.
