Supply of Ophth Medicines, Disposables and Implant for CMHs

The Armed Forces Institute of Ophthalmology Rawalpindi invites sealed quotations from local distributors or suppliers holding authorized licenses for the supply of Ophth Medicines, Disposables and Implant for all Combined Military Hospitals (CMHs) during the financial year 2026-2027. Items being procured: - Ophth Medicines - Disposables - Implant The quotations must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked as 'Quotations for Ophth Medicines, Disposables and Implant' and should reach the undersigned by 1400 hours on 27 October 2026. The bids will be opened on the same day at 1430 hours in the presence of intending bidders or their authorized representatives. Only distributors or suppliers registered with GHQ Rawalpindi are eligible to apply. Contract documents including prescribed forms, conditions of contract, and agreement can be obtained from the Officer Incharge Medical Stores during office hours on any working day upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 5,000/-. Bidders are advised to ensure their registration with GHQ Rawalpindi and prepare their bids carefully to meet the tender requirements. Timely submission and proper marking of envelopes are crucial to avoid disqualification. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
