Items being procured: - Panels of Fwd Bulkhead Plate 2m x 2.25m (04 Nos) - Panels of Bottom 6.6m x 1.45m (04 Nos) These panels are critical components for ship maintenance and repair, requiring precise dimensions and quality materials to meet naval standards. The procurement office is located at the HE Sur PN Dockyard Karachi, where the items will be collected and delivered. Firms must ensure their prices include all applicable taxes such as income tax and sales tax. Quotations must clearly indicate the company name, quotation number, and date on the envelope. Warranty or guarantee will be provided by the subcontractor on form DPL-15. Transport for collection and delivery to and from SCD/HE Sur will be arranged by the supplier. Price validity must be at least 60 days. Defective goods must be replaced or repaired, otherwise a price reduction of up to 10% will apply. Packaging must include supplier name, date of supply, and goods delivered. Delivery is expected within 15 working days.
