Tender Description
Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) Karachi is procuring paper cups with the PAA logo, 200ml capacity, poly coated board 200GSM with 2+0 color printing on both sides. The cups will feature the Pakistan Airports Authority logo in Urdu on one side and English on the other. This procurement is specifically for supply at Jinnah International Airport Karachi.
The technical scope includes supply of 360,000 units of these paper cups meeting the specified quality and printing standards. The delivery period is 45 days from the signing of the contract. Bidders must submit bids electronically via the PPRA EPADS portal and provide original bid security of Rs. 50,000 in hard copy before the closing date. The bid security must be in the form of a pay order or bank guarantee from an approved bank. Performance bond of 5% of the total contract value will be required from the successful bidder.
