Supply of 10 Nos. Pressure Relief Valves at PSO Central Store Keamari Terminal

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for the supply of 10 Pressure Relief Valves (PSVs) to be delivered at PSO Central Store, Keamari Terminal, Karachi. This procurement is critical for maintaining safety and operational efficiency at the terminal. Items being procured: - Pressure Relief Valve 1" x 3/4" (Quantity: 10 units) The valves must comply with PSO-PSV-011 specifications including thermal relief valve type, full nozzle, spring loaded, bonnet type closed, and cap screwed. Size inlet is 3/4 inch and outlet 1 inch, both flanged Class 150 ASME B16.5. Service fluids include refined petroleum products such as gasoline, diesel, kerosene, Jet A-1, LDO, and furnace oil. The valves must meet API standards 520 Part 1, 521, and leakage code API Std 527. Operating pressure ranges from zero to 150 psig with set pressure at 50 psig and back pressure 0-5 psig. Operating temperature ranges from -10°C to 60°C with max ambient temperature 55°C and allowable overpressure of 10%. Bidders must submit complete technical literature specifying brand, model, and compliance with the datasheet along with the technical bid. Calibration as per datasheet is included in the supply scope. Valves must be new, from fresh stock, and accompanied by Material Test Certificates (MTC). Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for 18 months from delivery or one year from commissioning, whichever is earlier. Delivery must be made to PSO Keamari Terminal - B within 30 days from signing the Purchase Order. Final acceptance is subject to inspection by PSO representatives upon delivery.
