A reputable public sector organization invites sealed tenders from firms and dealers registered with the Sales Tax Department having their own offices and telephone/fax numbers for the purchase of various items and materials to be supplied FOR Kundian. Items being procured: - Foam Mattress Single 4" (Schedule A) - PVC Safety Signs / Posters (Schedule B) - Angle Iron for Fabrication Jobs (Schedule C) - Label Supplies for Dymo Printer (Schedule D) - Surveillance Equipment's Single Stage Two Envelope Basis (Schedule E) - Tyres for different Vehicles (Schedule F) - Torque Screwdriver Sets (Schedule G) - Filter Cartridges for EH Oil System (Schedule H) - Radiation Resistant Underwater Lights (Schedule I) - High Sensitivity Smoke Detector (Schedule J) - Detectors & Accessories of Whole Body Contamination Monitor (Schedule K) - AER / AAR System of HVAC (Schedule L) - Spares of Boiler Feed Water Pump (Schedule M) - O-Rings and PTEF Seals (Schedule N) - CVS Double Acting Actuator & repair Kits (Schedule O) - Pushbuttons and Indicators (Schedule P) - Contactor Relays for Power Transformer (Schedule Q) - Screw Terminal Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitor (Schedule R) - Main Controllers for CPC System (Schedule S) The technical scope covers supply of electrical, mechanical, safety, and surveillance equipment and materials suitable for Kundian site operations. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned on working days (Monday to Friday) between 09:00 AM to 13:00 PM except Saturday, Sunday and holidays upon submission of a written request with the non-refundable tender fee as specified against each item in the form of Bank Draft or Pay Order payable to Pr. Accounts Officer, P.O. Box No. 1553, Islamabad. Cash payments and call deposits will not be accepted. Tenders will be received up to the closing date and time and opened on the same day in the presence of bidders who wish to attend. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per rules. This tender is also available on the PPRA website www.ppra.org.pk.
