The Printing & Stationery Department of Azad Jammu & Kashmir invites sealed bids from well reputed firms/companies registered with GST, Income Tax department, and Registrar of Companies/Firms in AJK and those on active taxpayers list for the supply of printing materials. Items being procured: - Printing Material - Papers/Board & Card - Coated Plates - Inks The procurement will be conducted under AJK PPRA Rules 2017. Bidders must submit their bids in two envelopes labeled TECHNICAL PROPOSAL and FINANCIAL PROPOSAL. The bid validity period is 120 days from the date of opening. Technical and financial proposals will be opened on 06 October 2026 at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Earnest Money of 2 million PKR along with a Call Deposit Receipt is required. Failure to submit the required bid security will lead to disqualification. The employer reserves the right to increase, decrease, or eliminate any item(s) from the list. All taxes and charges will be deducted as per prevailing laws. Bidders must not be blacklisted and must have a certificate to that effect. This tender is specific to Muzaffarabad city in Azad Jammu & Kashmir. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their bids following the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure and submit before 11:00 am on 06 October 2026 at the Office of the Admin Officer, Printing & Stationery Department, Bank Road Near Neelum Bridge Dist.
