Supply/Procurement of Ceiling & Pedestal Fans, Pumps & Motors at PMDC Salt Mines, Warcha

The Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation Islamabad (PMDC) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the supply and procurement of Ceiling & Pedestal Fans, Pumps & Motors at PMDC Salt Mines, Warcha, Punjab. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the National Single Stage-One Envelope bidding procedure on the EPADS v2.0 platform. The items being procured include: - 56" Ceiling Fan (Qty: 9) - 24" Pedestal Fan (Qty: 6) - 0.5 HP Mono Block Pump & Motor Complete Set (Qty: 8) - 2 HP Mono-Block Pump & Motor Complete Set (Qty: 2) - 3 HP Mono Block Pump Double Stage Complete Set (Qty: 1) - 0.5 HP Piston Pump & Motor Complete Set (Qty: 3) - 2 HP Piston Pump & Motor Complete Set (Qty: 1) - 2 HP Submersible Pump & Motor Complete Set (Qty: 1) - 5.5 HP Submersible Motor & Pump Complete Set (Qty: 1) The technical specifications require heavy duty, high quality fans and pumps with copper winding motors, suitable for low voltage conditions and continuous duty. Pumps must have corrosion resistant construction, thermal protection, and suitable enclosures for outdoor use. Warranty of minimum one year against manufacturing defects is mandatory. Bidders must be registered with Sales Tax and Income Department (FBR) and Punjab Revenue Authority if applicable, and provide proof of at least two years' experience along with financial soundness documents. Bid security of PKR 50,000 is required in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit, or Demand Draft. The delivery location is PMDC Salt Mines, Warcha, with a delivery period of 3-4 weeks after issuance of supply order. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by Thursday, October 29, 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Original bid security must be submitted physically at PMDC Head Office, Plot No. 13, Sector H/9, Islamabad before the bid submission deadline. The evaluation will be based on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) among technically responsive bidders.
