Supply and Provision of Stationary and Miscellaneous Office Items

The Pakistan Tobacco Board (PTB) invites eligible bidders to participate in the procurement of stationary and miscellaneous office items for the fiscal year 2026-27. Additionally, computer accessories like keyboards, mice, power cables, printer data cables, USB drives, toners, network cables, switches, and related items are required. The procurement also covers electric items including plugs, power plugs, shoe plugs, wall clocks, doorbells, extension leads, LED bulbs and lights, breakers, wires, telephone cables, screws, nails, solution tapes, tube lights, duct patti, and tool kits. Cleaning items such as toilet cleaners, dusters, air fresheners, brooms, hand wash, phenyl, soaps, tissue papers, towels, toilet brushes, wipers, glass cleaners, insect killers, and microfiber cloths are also part of the supply. Miscellaneous items include door locks, table drawer locks, telephone sets, table pen sets, china locks, door closers, Muslim showers, and steno sets. The delivery location is Pakistan Tobacco Board office at 46/B Office Enclave, Phase-5, Hayatabad, Peshawar. The delivery schedule is 27 days from the contract award. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and submit their bids electronically before the deadline of Friday, September 25, 2026 at 02:00 PM. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Bid security in the form of Pay Order, Call at Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft is required and must be submitted physically before the deadline. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 02:30 PM via EPADS. Eligibility criteria include valid registrations such as NADRA CNIC/NICOP for individuals, FBR NTN/GSTN for companies, and compliance with all bidding document requirements.
