Tender Description
The Directorate of Procurement (Navy), Islamabad, invites sealed bids from original manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers, and contractors registered with income tax and sales tax departments for the supply of PVMS Drugs as per the detailed schedule in the DP-2 form. This procurement is specific to medical stores required by the Pakistan Navy Medical Stores Depot at PNS Shifa Karachi and PNS Hafeez Islamabad, with delivery scheduled from 1st July 2027 to 30th June 2028.

- Paracetamol Syrup 120 MG (60 ML) 180,000 bottles
- Paracetamol 500 MG Tablets 8,000,000 tablets
- Tramadol 50 MG Capsules 300,000 capsules
- Tramadol SR 100 MG Tablets 250,000 tablets
- Isoflurane 99.99% Bottles 500 bottles
- Propofol 10 MG Vials 6,000 vials
- Sevoflurane 99.99% Bottles 400 bottles
- Atracurium Besylate 10 MG Injection 20,000 ampoules
- Tizanidine 2 MG Capsules 2,000,000 capsules
- Tizanidine 4 MG Capsules 700,000 capsules
- Memantine 10 MG Capsules 30,000 capsules
The technical scope includes supply of brand new medical drugs conforming to PVMS/NIV specifications with minimum shelf life requirements, proper packaging, and compliance with national and international standards including GMP and ISO certifications. Inspection and quality assurance will be conducted by PNMSD and consignee authorities. Firms must be registered or willing to register with DGDP and comply with all PPRA rules and Defence Purchase Procedures. Earnest money in the form of CDR is mandatory and must be submitted in a separate sealed envelope. The bidding process follows a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with technical offers evaluated first, followed by commercial offers of technically qualified firms.
Eligibility criteria include valid licenses, GMP certificates, ISO certification, financial capability, and compliance with DGDP registration and security clearance. The tender documents are available at the Directorate of Procurement (Navy) office and can be downloaded free of cost from the PPRA website. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the Directorate of Procurement (Navy), Bahria Gate, Near SNID Centre, Naval Residential Complex, Sector E-8, Islamabad by 20 October 2026 at 1030 hours. Technical offers will be opened the same day at 1100 hours.
